it is a very nice place to live, staff is awesome

main issue is that the parking administrators do not reinforce that second floor is reserve for tenants, always is full of autos without the tenant tag. in other public parking if park in a reserve spot the cars are towed or get a ticket. or at least they have a big sign " you will be towed" . and if there is no spot and the tenant park in other floor, then we will get a note in the windshield " do not park here" so it is really unfair.

4 happy years

I have had an apartment here for 4 years. Much of my time has been traveling abroad and I have needed the managements help on numerous occasions. Everytime they have been very helpful and friendly. I very much enjoyed my stay.

great place for boston early career

Best property management team I have ever had. They are always patient and ready to answer my questions, providing all the help that I need. Location is pretty nice, 7 mins walk from the train station, access to red line and commuter rail. Also it's on Hancock street, which is kinda like the main street, plenty restaurants in walking distance. Definitely recommend it for people looking for apartments in Quincy

The Pleasures and Perplexities of My Dwelling

Verily, I find the attendants to be paragons of politeness. The security system, a testament to thoughtful design, instills a sense of reassurance. The neighborhood surrounding me exudes a pleasant aura, and I'm fortunate to have the red line within a leisurely stroll from my dwelling. The parking garage and common areas are diligently tended, contributing to an overall sense of order. By some fortuitous blend of neighborly discretion or, mayhaps, well-insulated partitions, tranquility reigns among those dwelling nearby. However, a discordant note arises as management proves tardy in addressing non-emergency maintenance concerns. Furthermore, The passage near the refuse chamber occasionally succumbs to olfactory offenses, enveloping the vicinity in an unwelcome miasma. In a curious twist of domestic design, my refrigerator, confined within its allocated space, manifests a size incongruous with its surroundings. A lamentation arises, for a more capacious refrigerative apparatus could have been secured. Yet, in a gesture of frugality, I find myself saddled with a diminutive alternative, leaving an irksome void above and on the sides that vexes me daily.
