Amazing place to live!!!

Gorgeous hardwood floors, great open floor plans. Close to Quincy Center, and the T and several parks and playgrounds, schools, (bus stop right outside the door.) The building is quiet, clean, but what truly makes living here feel like home is Micozzi’s Staff, from the maintanence and cleaning crews, all the way to the Property Mgr.. They are all amazing and caring individuals who take care of any issues that may arrize promptly and efficiently. Again, I cant stress this enough, but it is Micozzi’s Staff who truky make living here a home.

nice place

Lived here 12 years. Love our cozy apt with good view. Neighbors nice but kids still allowed by parents to play loudly in hallways, balconies and laundry room unsupervised. Recommend living here but parents should be mindful of not allowing their children to play in common areas.

Great place to live

I’ve lived here for over 30yrs now and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The apartments are spacious, clean, and have absolutely beautiful hardwood floors. The building is quiet, and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Its close to several really great schools, parks, gyms and shopping establishments. Its a 5 minute walk to Quincy Center, and if your not into walking, there’s public transportation literally right outside the front door. However, what truly makes this apartment a home is Micozzi Mgts. staff. You couldn’t ask for anyone better! From the cleaning ladies, maintenance crew, all the way up to tge property managers and owner. They are all kind and if there any issues, (regardless of what those issues may be.) There is always someone on call. So your issue is always resolved immediately and efficiently. I can’t stress this enough, it’s Micozzi Mgt. Staff who make living here feel like home!
