Very Laid back
This apartment has been wonderful to me, maitence is on top of everything, the neighbors here are absolutely lovely, I cannot express how much id recommend someone to live here. I have absolutely zero complaints so far about living here. Very spacious for a one bedroom apartment, I've never had any issues with neighbors, staff or anything of the sorts. Thank you CHR for making this place a wonderful experience, also the pool and gym are wonderful, cleaned and always maintained!
PLEASE READ/TAKE SERIOUSLY
WHY did you remove the dumpsters from behind the bukidings and replace it with one for the entire complex?? Nobody wants to have to put their trash in the car and drive it to the place it gets thrown away. I have hundreds of pics of the trash area ABSOLUTELY disgusting- people don't care about keeping it nice because they HATE having to throw away trash there. Please bring back dumpsters behind buildings on Plymouth dr. WHY AREN'T PEOPLE GETTING TICKETS FOR PARKING IN FIRE LANES ON PLYMOUTH DR? When I first moved here 4 years ago, I got a couple, and now people typically park on both sides of the street all night , every night which is super dangerous. The emails and letters you send do not make a difference. Please use the system that is in place (POLICE) and ticket people who do not follow the rules. I have seen fire trucks on 2 occasions not be able to access a building and several kids almost hit by cars because of this!!!

Great place to live
Norwood Gardens is an excellent place to live. The apartments are big, well maintained and conveniently located. The rents are a bit high.
So far so good
I live at the Norwood Gardens in Norwood. So far i loke the place. Been living here for 6 and half yrs. I have had no problems. The anemities are excellent. Super clean and well maintained. When me and my family moved in, the clubhouse/lobby was accessible 24/7 except for the pool ofcoz. They have coffee 24/7, beautiful clean sitting area. Party room, movie room, gym, conference room etc. In summer the pool opens at 11am-7/8pm. Which is good. But after COVID pandemic, things changed. The pool is very much the same put accessibility into the lobby was no longer 24/7. The lobby gets locked by 4pm. Everyone in it gets booted out. Also, recently i have come to find out that if you live in a 2 bathroom apartment and one of the bathrooms gets clogged, they will not send anyone to fix it becoz its considered not emergency. It so happened to me recently that my main bathroom that my kids and the visitirs use got clogged, my bedroom bathroom was not clogged, i called to request maintenance. I was told point blank its not an emergency they will not be sending anyone. I thought maybe they will send a day or 2 later. I was wrong. 2wks later after another call i was told the same. Everyone including my visitors were going to my bedroom (master bed) to use the bathroom. This was the first time i realized this even existed. My bathrooms hardly gets clogged that we call for maintenance. I think in the 6yrs we have called maintenance 3-4times and everything was done in a whim. Always on point. The maintenance crew very lovely and respectful people. Other than the 2 i have mentioned, everything else is great. The apartments are beautiful.
