downhill over the last year

Hate to give the place a bad review but its gone down hill over the last year. Recently crazy noisy tenants after midnight outside the laundry room(749) and loud music before 7AM and after 10PM in the area(Bass booming through walls/floors) Broken down cars around property for months with flat tires, just rotting, taking up spaces. Landscaping focuses only on front facing and neglected in the back properties, we've had a bush rotting away outside apartment for over a year ignored instead of just cut down and removed or replaced with flowers(No flowers back here only on the front road and very visible apartments, others ignored.) Maintenance is great, responsive and friendly, but restricted to only replacing basics when broken, ancient heating/air units that don't even reach the bedroom are "sorry, no budget, money being spent somewhere else" but we make due, can work around this. Not taking care of good, paying tenants that don't cause issues, seems to be a bad business model.. Sorry for the review, but you asked..

Been here for 8 yrs ! Love my place. Wish dog owners would clean up after their dogs or be held responsible for cleaning up. Wish dog owners would follow the rules and not walk dogs in front of other people's doorways.

Don’t waste your time or money

Apartments are outdated and shabby most time appliances don’t even work. If you come do a tour do it after 3 once kids are out of school so you can get a REAL tour place is a total catfush
