Satisfied with the space. Who's expresso machine is that?

Management recently changed with the new team being responsive but don't know them too well. They try to stay out of the way. There are worn paper printed signs on the doors and windows that don't seem professional. Clients are locked out on the regular. My office has poor sound insulation is with glass doors so at the whim of whomever is in the waiting room, mostly okay. Nice clean kitchenette.
