Have been a resident of Woodland for going on 15 years. The location can't be beat, the staff and office members are wonderful, and the amenities are such a plus too!

Excellent in every way and we stayed at Woodland for almost 5 times since 2016 on and off and convienient and staff is excellent.

I do not have any complaints about the property, location (if you have a car and agree with the gamble on elementary school selection). The rent is increasing by more than $100 every year. This apartment is located in a buffer zone, so you may or may not choose the school. You can hear the noise from next door and the screaming voice from upstairs. So far, almost all are ok for us, but the school zone problem is very serious, and the rent increment and those noises keep scaring us.

I've been living at Woodland Sta. Apts for a long time. The location speaks for itself (!), but most importantly the staff is attentive, professional and easy to deal with (they're great people too!). Parking is convenient, safe and well-maintained, as is the entire building. Appreciate the workout room! I don't use the pool much, but it does look wonderful and others do enjoy it. There are often group gatherings. Also, when there is upcoming work done on the building the staff always let's residents know so they can plan - a very considerate thing to do.

We are in our 9th year at Woodland Station Apartments and love being here. Management and maintenance staff are great. As long as we can afford, it we'll be here!
