Great experience, I would like to stay but need better rates
Have been here for 26 months and have enjoyed the stay but for two little things, one I did not get the unit I signed up for and had toured, secondly I couldn't take bathes because tub would always leak downstairs to neighbor's bathroom.
It is excellent living at Woodland Station Apts
My husband and I are retired and have lived at Woodland Station Apartments for six years. We love living in the Boston area. Our townhouse apt. is perfect for us; we appreciate and admire the high quality of management and maintenance staff. Our intention is to stay as long as we are able, and the quality of the management remains high and rents within our budget. We would - and have - recommended living here to all who ask.
Long term resident
My experience living here has been great (11 years). The staff is wonderful, and having amenities such as indoor heated parking makes a huge difference. I also use the workout room and having the property right ON the T is a HUGE deal for me as I don't drive a lot, but can get around via trolley. Also the proximity to the highways allows others to get here easily, and having a hospital a few blocks away means I can walk to some of my medical appointments. I would highly recommend WSA. Even though I don't have a dog, it's a dog friendly community and, for me, makes life even more enjoyable.
Delighted to be living at Woodland Station Apartments
My husband and I have lived here almost six years. We are retired and Woodland Station Apartments was a wonderful choice as we moved into the Boston area, and no longer wished to be home owners. The management is excellent, the maintenance is excellent. We have often recommended WSA to friends and others. We will live here as long as management and maintenance remain at this high level.
