Rent for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all “mixes” of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. This is a fantastic property, with great staff. Very convenient to the T and highway. The gym and pool are very nice. Negatives are the parking space are very limited and small. Most of us have hit a pillar. And my balcony gets almost no sun and I grow lots of moss. So great place but get a unit in the sun and don't bring your SUV or large car.

I've lived here since Nov 14. I love the light in the apartment and the outside areas. The apartment has a number of maintenance issues that I will report but I think that could have been corrected before I arrived, such as the continually running toilet. Water damaged kitchen cabinets could have been replaced.

You can get adjusted to the T but not the creaking floors which can become overwhelming when working from home and for your pet as well. Nice place, a bit pricey for never ending construction which should be complete in the next year making for a place to definitely consider. Great amenities and very friendly environment. The Park at Rivers Edge provides for outdoor exercise and helps comfort the room distraction.

Great experience living here. It is very close to the orange line which made commuting into the city convenient. I love the layout and the in unit washer, dryer and dishwasher. I would highly recommend tgis place to a friend.

I love living here. The apartment is gorgeos, high ceolings, lots of space, beautiful view. Parking is in a garage. People are friendly. Its close to the city and its T accesible I highly recommend living here!
