Location is great, everything else falls further and further away from where things were when most of us first moved in. Zero amenities, unresponsive staff and have to babysit to be sure anything gets done. The only win is that it's a bigger pain to move than just stay.

lived here almost 11 years . Change in ownership of this property has shown a tremendous decline in what we originally moved into. Location is fantastic but from decor change to service levels has deteriorated over time. rent is excessive for what it offers. do not feel like we are treated like anything other that a high rent check. No personal touch--anymore

Been here 4 years. We moved in when my wife was 3 months pregnant and now we have two boys and are going to be moving out. It's worked out well for us as we prepare for life in the burbs. I wish they understood the concierge team is actually a really important piece for this feeling like a community. Obviously it's owned by a big faceless company so not much wiggle room. The location has been great and the current leasing office is helpful when needed.
