Great Location, common spaces could use refreshing

This apartment is in a great location! The units are nicely renovated, have good natural light, and are spacious. The laundry area and lobby are dated and could use a refresh. The trash room situation is also not ideal but is functional.

Brattle Arms is in a great location, we love the area! We have had great experiences with all of the building staff. Nice comfortable apartments in a nice friendly building! The gym is a nice extra.
