Why Renters Love It Here
Unbeatable location near Longwood Medical
We have lived at Longwood Towers for 2 years and have had a great experience living here so far. If you work at one of the hospitals on Longwood, it is a ~10 minute walk. The property is also under a mile away from Coolidge Corner in Brookline, which is a lovely spot to walk to for coffee, dinner, or a movie. If you enjoy jogging/biking/walking in nature, the Emerald Necklace is just across the street, by the T stop. Speaking of the T stop, you can easily ride the green line in to the city! The garden terrace on site is a lovely spot to walk around or picnic on the lawn, and it is a very dog-friendly community. Overall, Longwood Towers is a lovely place to live! The downsides are the incredibly high price, relatively small units, and exclusively valet parking (which costs around $180-220/month, and there is no option to park your own car). Weighed against the positives, it is still well worth living here if you have the financial means to do so, especially if you work in the Longwood medical area!

Has been an excellent experience living here
Can't beat the location
We have loved living here the last three years. My husband and I both work at Boston Children's and the location is so convenient. We love our spacious sunny apartment - we have a two bedroom/two bathroom layout which is perfect for having an at home study/guest room. The units are so quiet despite being close to the T and all the noise (sirens/helicopters) in this medical district. We appreciate the park like outdoor space in the raised courtyard that provides a private space to retreat and relax. But what makes this place truly exceptional is the staff, especially the front desk concierge team who are professional and friendly.
