The location and elevator are wonderful! The management is very good and responsive, and the building is kept very clean. The recycling ability is great. The cold apartments and noise from the mechanics are surprising, disappoiinting and leave a lot to be desired. Another reviewer said that even when the heat is in the 70's, the apartments are in the 60's, and unfortunately that is often true.

The location and management representative are excellent. As another reviewer said, the apartments run cold and the mechanics are loud.

Management is great; location is great; recycle and trash on each floor is great. Mechanics are noisy. Prior reviewer is correct that room temp set is not the temp while sitting in the apartment, for a variety of reasons.

The location is the best selling point of this building. The unit itself is solid, decent appliances even though the washer and dryer are small, good closet space. However the floor insulation on F2 is pretty bad. The floor is freezing and even with the heat on 73 the room temp is mid 60s at best.

The location and quality (all brand new LG appliances) of the apartments themselves can't be beat. Beyond that, the management staff have been amazing. I've had a of different types of landlords, most of which don't care much about you. David is always so welcoming when he is on site and the staff has been responsive and kind. That can make or break a renting experience and I've been pleasantly surprised since I moved in!
