Nice apartment in prime location

The building is nice (old building but well maintained) and right at coolidge corner with access to the T. Descent amenities in the apartment with a dishwasher. There is a common washer/dryer shared by 15-19 which is a bit of a downside during prime hours. Would have preferred each building to have one. Does not have parking in the building. Neighborhood has access to overnight lots right on John street which is nice. Price point is reasonable for the area.

I've been living in a Chestnut Hill property for the past two years, the location is ideally situated in Collidge Corner in Brookline. Maintenance staff is responsive to issues and the apartment is well kept up with and updated with modern amenities.

Well Maintained & Great Sized Unit Heart of Coolidge Corner

We have lived in CHR's Green Street building for almost 3 years already and have enjoyed our time here!! The maintenance staff is prompt and polite and are always happy to assist with any questions. The buildings have a working laundry room which is great for the area and the location can't be beat. Very happy to be at this CHR property!
