Decent Spot

Pretty good location for both Green Line and having a parking lot. Heat is included but gets super hot in the winter. Maintenance seems to always be working on something around the building, but sometimes slow to fix smaller issues

Great location, this is the property's best feature. There is a laundry room in site but in another building -this is the only amenity. There is no cooling system. This is a major concern given the annually increasing temperatures and the inefficiency of the design of the windows on this property. Staff is responsive and respectful.

St Paul Gardens

The apartment was newly renovated when I moved in and it was finished nicely with a well appointed kitchen. The best thing is the location as several shops, supermarkets, both D and C line and work are nearby. I liked that parking was easy but there was still ongoing renovations and several vehicles/trucks/construction workers in the daytime. My car had several scratches and dents whilst parked. The maintenance staff are efficient and respond very quickly. However they do not communicate what causes the problem just simply fix it. I am very disappointed with the one of the staff who I observed regularly takes the recyclable trash and puts it into the landfill trash. Is he just being lazy to wheel the recycle bins to the curb? The worst thing about this apartment is the noise. It is single glazed so all the road traffic is audible. But the internal sound proofing is far worse as every footstep of the upstairs neighbors can be heard day and night.
