We all have been loving staying at this property. It is super safe. The Maintainence staff is cooperative and they solve yoir issues in no time. We have renewed our lease for 2 consecutive years now

good maintenance, even in the old building

I've been living in a one-bedroom apartment in the building built in 1910 (as says on the plaque above our door). It's not recently renovated, as some other units, yet all my maintenance requests have been addressed promptly and the building is in a pretty good shape for being that old. Overall, great experience with the CHP, I recommend them to my friends.
