The apartment is average

I've lived here for about a year. What I like about living here is that I feel safe, it's quite and I'm very pleased with the maintenance service that Akelius provides and the customer service offered, we feel like valued customer. Rent is also reasonable. What I'm not please about is the size of my bedroom compared to the larger bedroom and the living room area, which is much smaller, the design of the building makes the view outside of our window to face 3 walls, which gives one the sense of living in prison, and the bathroom is too small and does not even provide towel hangers and cabinet space for 2 people and the worst part is the size of the fridge and freezer, which is too small, not cool enough and leaks water that I have to rinse out every now and then. Also food also doesn't last long and spoils easily.

Subpar but works

Maintenance is top tear. Andrew goes above and beyond and is a positive energy out and about. Entry way and hallways could use some serious updating- old and depressing. Heaters are loud and creaky. Bathrooms do not have ventilation. Units are bright, white with black windows and freshly sealed hardwood floors which is great - feels newer, vibrant. Gas ovens, but takes 3+ tries to turn the oven on every time. Appliances are all dated. You'll need to purchase your own microwave. Rooms are good size, spacious! Help desk/support is only available 830am - 5pm. Anyone else from 5pm - 830am is either in another country or just writes your message down for when someone comes in at 830. Unfortunate and not helpful for tenants who work normal business hours.
