The apartment is a basement unit so you’re bohnd to have noise from both above and outside. Being next to a hospital means you’ll be hearing ambulances, police, and fire trucks constantly. There is an exposed white pipe that seems to be a hot water pipe for other apartments above or next to this unit. It heats up to extreme temps and makes very loud cracking and popping noises. Overall it’s an overpriced unit, but the location makes up for some of the downfalls.

I have been living at 4 Elko since last 2-3 months and I really like the maintenance service. Till date I have experienced no issues of voice or hot water not coming. Even if sometimes the problem occur all I have to do is ping them and the customer support of Akelius calls back in not time. I'm really thankful for living in such a great community.

The maintenance guy is responsive and very capable. That's a highlight, and Akelius is always responsive about issues. Neighbors can be difficult, but Akelius is generally good about addressing things that come out. The property itself is well maintained.
