Good value and great location

My girlfriend and I have lived at 12 Comm Ave for about a month now. We are very happy here. The location is excellent and the amenities in the building are pretty good. I think the value for what you pay is fair. There have been a few minor annoyances come up, but nothing major and that is to be expected at any apartment. Hopefully we will have many happy years in 12 Comm Ave!

New and well located apartment building

I have recently moved into this apartment, the area is perfect: walkable, full of shops and restaurants, 20 seconds walk from that Boston Public Park. The building is new, the apartment full of light. There is a tiny bit of constant noise from some ventilators I believe connected to the AC but it is white noise, I find it bearable.
