65 Clarendon Street

I have lived here for almost a year, and just renewed my lease for another. Considering the astronomical price of rent in Boston compared to the rest of the country, this is a very reasonable deal. While the parking situation isn't ideal (no on-site parking option, street-parking only with resident sticker and very limited spaces) - you cannot find a better deal for this location! The building comes with a washer and dryer (coin-operated), and fairly modern apartments for a brownstone. It looks beautiful on the inside and out and has a reasonable set-up/amount of space. Most (if not all) of the units also come with their own balconies, which are half the size of the apartment. They're massive, and open out to a private oasis-like space for our small community in the back. That space is half the reason I renewed my lease. I'm not sure if it's the neighbors or the acoustics of the buildings/architecture, but it is so quiet and peaceful that it blocks out all the sounds of the city. This apartment building offers the best of city and nature life, would highly recommend.
