Really appreciate the fast responses by maintenance and the cleanliness of the common areas. The location is stellar and it offers some of the more affordable studios in our area. Areas for improvement: Windows, Refrigerators, Bathroom Ceiling Fan/Light and Exterior.

Lived here for 6 months - front door is never locked. I have had packages stolen from the breezeway between doors because of this. Another resident encountered a homeless man sleeping in the breezeway because the door was unlocked. Can we please have it locked?
