Pretty good living situation

Laundry in building is nice and all the rent is going towards the location. Never had problems with maintenance

Good Value for Location

The maintenance staff is really nice and will come help almost instantly. The management company is also quite understanding and nice. There are no renovations done at the place so it’s quite outdated but the price point is still great for the location we’re at!
