The units are nice but I have had no hot water for 3 days. I tried to submit a complaint through RentCafe but when I hit the "submit" button, nothing happens. Each time I call maintenance they assure me the matter will be fixed by the next day but so far the matter has gone unaddressed. Per the MA Sanitation Code, hot water must be supplied to residents and addressed promptly.

Great location but need to update washer and dryers so quarters are not required for laundry. Not just residents live here. Some units are Air BnB! Issues with getting into units because the key doesn't always work to get into units. Rent increases every year which is a bummer and it's usually a substantial hike.

3 great things about building: no pests, location, maintenance team is super polite and helpful! 3 worst things about building: city noise, lack of natural light, and neighbors who smoke Still would rent again!
