Not really worth it. Repairs take a while and sometimes need to put in numerous work orders especially when mistakes are made. Rent payments process is a bit of a pain especially if you miss a small amount you end up getting blocked from making payments which makes no sense when all you're trying to do is make a payment. leaving end of lease.

This place is fantastic with great, amenities, rooms, cleanliness, and appliances. One catch. The A/C is very loud. Its not necessarily the A/C but the fan used to distribute the air. Wish it wasn't so loud. Other than that the place is absolutely fantastic.

Very good location with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Bus and train stations are close as well. The area is clean and has a very nice gym.
