10 Brainerd Road

While I have only been here for about three months, I have enjoyed my time here. Maintenance has been very responsive, the property manager has answered all of my questions, and the people who live here are all very nice. Unlike a lot of my friends, this apartment building has parking, central air, a dishwasher, and new appliances. I feel like I hit the jackpot finding this place. It is perfectly located by the public transportation, both train and bus, and is so close to Coolidge Corner. My only complaint is the noise that I can hear from the busy street outside. There isn't much anyone can do about honking horns, but the windows are a little wonky and don't seem to close all the way. But all in all, I really like this apartment.

Boston rent is so expensive and competitive- ive founf this apartment to be a good value and location, especially as a new grad trying to save some money. This apartment building is definitely one of the nest in the area, and the maintenance team and staff arw great!

maintenance usually comes very quick and they are all nice. the only minor issue is that the wall is very thin

I have lived here for two years, noise is an issue but it is less than some other "affordable" places I've lived. Many grad students or young groups of friends fill out the apartments. I would not recommend this building for families as noise travels very far. TLDR great for grad students or young professionals and/or random clumps of roommates looking for a home.

I love living at 10 brainerd! The location is extremely convenient and safe which was a priority for me. I also love that it has an elevator and parking lot instead of just street parking. My apartment is super cute and perfect for me, my only complaint is the bedroom closets are small and there’s no other storage closet in the kitchen or anything. Other than that, love it here.
