Lived here 2 years. Love the location. Don't love the trash/litter/dog poop all over the grounds, inside the parking garage, and in the ditches. Don't love the blue trash bins left in the road to dodge at the entrance/exit of the parking garage. The parking garage, stairwells, and pool area are in desire need of power washing. Folks also leave doors propped open with stones/rocks voiding the security of the building. Place was taken over by new management company resulting in longer wait/response/repair times. Nice place and location, but needs to be serviced.
