A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Not worth it

There are constant maintenance issues. The sinks either leak or don’t drain. In less than a year they’ve been through half a dozen maintenance men. During the time when one is not on staff you just can’t use your sinks. Or it leaks and creates a mold problem. Which is then your problem to solve. I was instructed to buy bleach. The leasing staff is another issue entirely. This complex obv has some growing pains under its new management company. Keep looking.
