Great Living!

Moving to Reagan Crossing was one of the best decisions we could’ve made! Great space with all the ammenities you could ask for. The front office it very responsive with any issues you could have.

Clean and Affordable

These were the best apartments on the northshore for location and affordability purposes! This two bedroom apartment served us well in a clean, pet friendly community! It was a mostly quiet environment aside from occasional noise from the unit above us however there was a teen and toddler living there, so it is to be expected! The pool was nice when it wasn’t too crowded and the bungalow area had cornhole where we were able to create long lasting memories! Unfortunately the gym is located in the main office space and was only open when the office was. This made using it impossible to use for most tenants. In addition, the compactor broke often forcing tenants to hold onto trash for days then demanded to remove trash from balconies as soon as the compactor was fixed or else fees would be applied. I understand there are rules in place for a reason however management was often difficult to deal with and not very understanding in most cases. The location is on the outer rim of Covington yet very close to the downtown area as well as in a 25 minute radius from the top shopping and social settings! Overall, I would rate these apartments 4/5 for cleanliness, location & comfortability! I would recommend these apartments for someone on a budget.
