Best on the Northshore
We have lived here for a year now and everything has been amazing. The matienece crew is friendly, fast, and effective, everything is usually clean, the view is stunning and the noise has never been a problem. We love it here!

Overall nice place
The bottom of the pool has rusted exposed rebar. Neighbors don’t clean up dog poop on walking path so we’re unable to enjoy it. The kids need a safe place to play and a safe place to get on the bus. The dumpster area is always a disgusting mess and first thing you see when you come on the property. My main issue is the lack of a safe outdoor area for the children to play. However, overall this is a nice place to live and affordable. All of the staff are very friendly.
