I’ve been living here since July of 2022 and absolutely nothing has been fixed since I moved in. There’s a hole in my daughters closet door it’s been there since before we moved in also my tub has been peeling since about a month after I moved in, I notified the apartment manager at that time and nothing has been fixed. Back in January of 2023 my apartment was flooded by the then upstairs neighbor dog. I was informed that I will need shoe molding but no one ever came back. I believe my room may have mold in the walls from the water but no one has came to check. My daughter closet has mold in there I’ve expressed this to the last 3+ apartment managers along with the temporary ones from corporate who have came here. I continue to tell every last one I’ve spoken with what my off days are so everything can be fixed since I work from home but it never gets done. I’m not about to continue running behind and reminding adults who’s supposed to be managing the place I don’t get discounts and credits off my rent to do your job. I’ve been patient and understanding for way too long with this apartment complex. I’ve been billed a late fee for March of 2024 and constantly asked to have it removed because I did in fact pay my rent on time over a month and a week has went by and the $50 late fee was not adjusted I will like a credit put on my account to go towards next month this same thing happened to me back in November of 2023. My living room light has not worked in I don’t know how long as well as I was told that maintenance has to cut the grass and weeds on my back patio not the landscaping people. The walls are so thin I can hear every thump from all three of my neighbors it’s so annoying.

Did a tour with the management staff today and it was amazing! The apartments are so nice and the everyone was very friendly. Can’t wait to move in an call Chestnut home!
