Been a tenant since 2009! Feel safe and secure when the gate is working! Very good location between interstates! Not particularly satistify when calling office and making maintenance request!

"Over the Moon"

We moved to Dove Creek in June 1985, moving from Saudi Arabia finishing a five year contract w/HBH (Private Contractor) and the Saudi Royal Navy. We decided on other rental Apts because of it's Central location in meeting ALL our needs, shopping/movies/dining/Church/etc. We live on a quiet street, ??, two car port and friendly neighbors ?? almost like Family. The DC Rental Mgr's/Maintenance Staff are always ?? courteous, understanding and helpful in resolving any issue we may have in a prompt and timing manner. Come this June 2022, it's hard to believe 37 yrs have pass. It's like Dove Creek has become 'Home for Us'. To ?? more would be distracting from the 'Picture of Dove Creek' I want to convey of a place that someone would like to live!!
