I moved in this complex September, 2014 and since I have been here the property value to me seems to have gone down but the rent keeps going up with no improvements since the 2016 flood. Our entrance door was blown apart, almost off the hinges, with the arm broken and the door rotting and has not been fixed since Hurricane Ida! We have a big hole in the ceiling and the door has to be pulled shut. Laundry rooms are in poor working order. There is so much more.

Living here is OK. I have no complaints on that. There is no noise forreal here the amenities as far as in the laundromat on the ground it does not work and from what I gathered it has not worked in over a year with me meeting some of my neighbors so you will have to go off ground to wash clothes other than that neighbors are friendly. It’s quiet. It’s pretty cool.
