Great place to live

This area is quiet and secluded, but just a short walk or drive to downtown Bellevue and Newport for shopping or dining. The apartment is nice and has great amenities. They have great walking paths with unbelievable views in the area. Its safe and quiet. Maintenance has been really quick and responsive and they're always friendly and respectful. My only complaint is ----The parking is limited and I wish there was assigned parking to ensure having a spot close to my unit, as opposed to getting home at 7pm after work and having to park on the street. Its not ideal but not a HUGE inconvenience, its just annoying especially if I have groceries to unload.

Pros vs Cons

Cons: Dog poop around the property is a concern, poor water drainage, SmartRent is expensive, small dog park, mail room is disorganized Pros: Nice amenities, good location, nice pool, the staff is receptive and responds promptly, good views, available and free parking

One of the standout features of this residence is undoubtedly its panoramic views. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a long day, the expansive vistas of the city skyline or surrounding landscapes never fail to captivate.
