Great location, no hassle, very kind staff.

My partner and I are coming up on our first year of living here and we have nothing but good things to say about this complex. The parking is gated, which provides extra safety. The noise is minimal, even being a few blocks away from a firehouse and down the street from the hospital. Location is wonderful; walking distance to so many good restaurants, bars, and shops, and a short drive to downtown, Newport, or Oakley area. The staff are timely in responding to requests and the maintenance men are so friendly. They even have a small fenced in grass area for dogs to play in! I highly recommend DeSale Flats II to anyone looking for the upgraded feel apartments for affordable pricing.

Great place to live, Amenities are great and staff and maintenance are friendly. Bob at Desales is awesome and will fix anything for you very timely. Close to downtown and woodburn has a lot to offer.

I LOVE this place! I feel so safe, the amenities are amazing, and the staff is the best apartment staff I have ever worked with! In addition, maintenance requests are usually granted the SAME day! Best place to live ever!

Great Place to Live

I have lived here for 4 years, soon to be 5. It is a great location, and has everything I need. Close to highways, and downtown areas. The neighborhood has gone through a lot of improvements since I moved in, and all of them are easily walkable.
