Apartment was great, didn't feel too sterile and dorm-y like some new builds can feel like. A bit noisy at times, but to be expected in an urban neighborhood. Location is incredible, Walnut Hills is just an amazing neighborhood with great walkability to local coffee shops and bars and restaurants. Parking can be a bit hairy as spots were not assigned and the parking lot is public too, so I often had to park a few rows from the building due to busyness of local businesses. Maintenance was responsive and fast when needed. Overall a great apartment, but lacks in traditional amenities inside of the building, but lots to offer around the neighborhood.
