Its clean for thr most part, its not loud which is good. The pool and hot tub being out of commission does have us pining for the end of our lease. The gym in nice and clean. But when the pool and hot tub were the deciding factors to choose Avia arent functional for as long as they have been, it just fills you with regret that you made a bad decision.

I have lived at Avia since they were first acquired by PEG Group. I lived 1 year in on old unit, 1 year in a renovated unit and just signed to stay longer. I love the staff, all are super helpful and friendly! The hot tub and parking lot repairs are awesome!

We have been very fortunate to have found these apartments last summer. We were victims of a house fire and lost everything. This was right after my mother lost her battle to cancer. We had nothing…no furniture, no clothes, nothing. We stayed in 2-3 different hotels for months until we found Avia apartments. It was a godsend. The right price and it was furnished with big bathtubs and a fireplace! We finally started feeling like we had a home. We are so thrilled with the renovations and cannot wait to move on Wednesday. The new appliances and hard wood floors will be so nice. What we truly are excited about is the washer and dryer! Thank you so very much! One last comment. Thank you for a new office staff. We have a lot more confidence in the integrity of this property. We hope to have the mail center soon.

So far it's been a great place to live. We had a house fire June 1st of last year. Apartment living was a big change from having a 2000 sqft house with a 2 car garage and yard. So for about 3 months we stayed in hotels. That meant not having a stove, having a mini fridge with no space to keep any frozen goodies and having just one room. So no space to stretch out. And as much as my girlfriend and I love each other, sometimes you just need a little space or another room. Lol, When we started looking for a place to live, we were both shocked to see what the cost of renting or buying a house was. We had lived in our house for almost 12 years with rent only increasing once. So when we moved in to this place, we were more then greatful to have back some of the things you take for granted like a full size fridge, stove, furniture, and rooms to get away in case you wanted to watch something different on tv. Add in the price of rent and it was a perfect place for us to live until we can save up and buy our own place. The 2 of us and our dog Bella love this place and are thankful to be able to call it home for now.
