I lived at Avia 110 for over a year with my fiancé in a studio apartment. Despite the size, it was significantly better than our 2-bed 2-bath apartment we came from. The maintenance guy, Julio, is the best staff member. Every time I encountered him, he was always doing something to fix up the place and consistently asked if we had any issues with our unit. Beautiful complex, it feels more like a village if you can handle the 435 highway

Rent prices go up substantially every year with no incentive. In apartments when rent goes up, there's new additions or amenities. Nothing was added or updated during the lease. Not much maintenance required but any issues got addressed quickly.
