Old and no updates

So these apartments have been here for almost 30 years not longer now and I have now lived here going onto my fourth year. All my rent has done is go up with no necessary, upgrades or upgrades in amenities or anything like that to warrant the raise in rent that you guys have done every year for the last three years so I’m wondering when I’m either going to get an updated apartment or you guys are gonna start dropping rent cause my rent has gone up almost $200 in the last couple years for basically no apparent reason
