For what I rented my apartment for when I first moved in it was a bang for your buck, but as I’ve lived here for going on 3 1/2 years, my rent has gone up by 50% and it’s getting to a point that I can go find somewhere nicer for the same price. Because these apartments have not been renovated since probably early 2000s.
