This place is great! There is electricity, a cement pond, and indoor water spickets. You should check it out!

My first month here was rocky but since that time I have had a great experience here at this property! Maintenance is prompt and I haven’t had any issues with management. Price for a two bedroom is great for this area.

My experience at Aventura has been enjoyable. Staff has been excellent and the highlight to the complex. Pros - Decent and well kept amenities - along with community events Excellent staff - always friendly and willing to help our tenants as best as possible Great location - close to everything you’ll need Cons - Aventura matches its prices to apartments near by with much nicer amenities and in unit luxuries which makes it feel like a steep price for what you get. Fairly loud complex, thin walls and noises from hallways / adjacent apartments.
