Low noise, good maintenance, good parking before 8pm, fair rent. I've lived here for over 6yrs and have never had a bad experience.

Little Slice of Paradice

Pretty great to live in, the maintenance crew are the unsung heroes. I would like to be able to communicate with them more in the future. Trash is definitely a constant pain in the neck. I think our complex could benefit with a recycling dumpster for boxes and paper. It has been proven to make a big difference with waste management. Please consider. Seeing trash in the bushes and grass is so disappointing especially since the dumpsters were remolded.
