I have lived at Silverwood for two years, love the location, close to my family, doctors and shopping. I really appreciate the handicap parking in front of my building. I also feel safe here and love my neighbors, but the people above me are pretty loud. There are several things that need to be repaired in my apartment and have needed repair since I moved in...still waiting, but they raised my rent when I renewed my lease 175.00 which was entirely too much of an increase. Don't know if I can stay if the rent continues to increase. They are doing a lot of repairs to the complex, and my building needs, lights, concrete work, landscaping, doors need repair windows need to be cleaned along with the building. I know things take time to repair, but I would think before they raised the rent that they would do all the repairs first to justify that much of an increase. Office and maintenance help are very nice.
