where I live i rate my place maybe a 2

It’s not worth what we pay for the hallways smell like pee. The walls are always broken. You can’t find any parking place. There’s one in the hallway, cursing and fighting in the hallways. Dog poop on the ground washes don’t work most of the time the pool is never in any condition.

People take parking spots that dont live here. I feel like there should be designated parking for tenants and then for visitors. Walls are thin so you can hear any conversations in the hallway and sometimes from neighbors above or below you. Kids and teenagers play/ hang out in the hallways or in buildings they dont live in. People overflow the trash. People put trash in the hallway.

Good team, takes of business

Angela, property manager, has been very professional from day one of looking at the apartment, leasing, helping make things happen, and having her team take care of concerns I had. We have had a couple of unexpected maintenance issues, the maintenance team has been excellent. Eduardo has been fast to respond and took care of business in a very professional manner. Sherman took care of furnace problem that needed a part replaced, very professional in taking care of business.

Constant maintenance requests

Gaps in the main door don't get replaced so utilities are high in the winter. Windows constantly have drafts, upstairs neighbors have no carpet so major noise and apartment shake when walking. Have had problems with the refrigerator that never gets resolved, maintenance moves the temperature dial in hopes that it fixes the problem.
