where I live i rate my place maybe a 2

It’s not worth what we pay for the hallways smell like pee. The walls are always broken. You can’t find any parking place. There’s one in the hallway, cursing and fighting in the hallways. Dog poop on the ground washes don’t work most of the time the pool is never in any condition.
