The apartment itself is fine but my apartment was damaged before moving in(windows and sink), my door lock wasn't put on properly and is one hard knock away from falling off which I was told would be fixed on moving in but is still in the same condition. There was trash on my patio that I was also told was going to be removed which never was. Good place to start if your in need but not the best place to stay

The place is okay

Maintenance takes way to long most times, if I put it a ticket i usually wait about 2 weeks or so and then have to go to the front desk to ask why no one has checked on my issues. And the recent price increase was very high, going from about 700 dollars in rent to over 1000 is kinda crazy amount over one contract period.
