Pets allowed. A Completed and Signed Pet Addendum MUST accompany EVERY lease where the tenant has a pet in/on the property for a period exceeding 24 hours (including dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, or any other animals). Unless previously approved by Operations Director There are a limit of two (2) pets per rental unit and a maximum allowable weight of thirty-- five (35) lbs. per pet. Pet Rent Unless previously approved by Operations Director, pet rent will be calculated as follows: One pet 25 pounds or under: $25.00 One pet over 25 pounds: $50 per month Two pets: $75 per month Non Refundable Fee A separate FEE is required from any tenant that has a pet NON-ESA pet. Unless previously approved by the Director of Operations, Pet Fee’s will be calculated as follows: One pet 25 pounds or under: $250.00 One pet over 25 pounds: $300.00 Two pets: $400.00 As noted above this is a non refundable fee and will not be returned. Pet Fees are due PRIOR to move or on lease renewal if being added at that time. Pets may NOT be added during the term of the lease, and if a non approved pet is found to be residing on property by management, it will will result in a lease violation requiring removal of the pet and a $500 Fine.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.

This complex recently deleted all of their reviews. But, I want you to know my experience so you can make the most educated decision. This owner of this complex is Kansas City Property management- so you can look them up as well. I loved living in this apartment before they were bought out- they were owned by a middle aged couple- they had a good property manager and a good maintenance guy- who helped you asap in an emergency. At this time (from 2008-2019), my rent was $450 and up to $570 by 2019. Still, very affordable for a 450 sq ft 2 bed apartment. When the complex was bought out, my rent was set to increase to $1050 with a mandatory move from my unit. (I moved before this time limit) In the summer of 2019, they sold to KCPM and at this time my AC went out, I also had a new born, she was 3 months old in July. My AC was repeatedly going out- I want to say 5 times. They placed a window unit at one point while the management debated how to fix the unit. Then it was removed before the central AC was fixed. We ended up having to get our own window unit to combat the 90 degree heat and keep our infant cool- we also stayed with relatives during this time due to the fiasco. It took 6 weeks to get this resolved. There were many phone calls made to get this taken care of- we finally got an actual AC company to repair the unit (it took him about 2 hours) after several "fixes." The management and maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. The fact they deleted over a hundred reviews and left it blank should also give reference.
