Pet limit 2 allowed. Pets allowed in specific pet buildings only. We have breed restrictions. No weight limits. Cats and dogs will be accepted in pet friendly locations with an additional required deposit and additional one-time, non-refundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent, per animal (maximum of two pets per apartment). Because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accept the following breeds, dogs resembling these breed, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Sheppard, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid. Our pet policy and fees do not apply to assist animals. Fish tanks up to 20 gallons and caged birds will be accepted if registered and approved by the management. Violations of this policy will result in fines as outlined in the lease contract.

After one full year, I continue to enjoy LOV for its clean and quiet vibe, which is surprising given the size of this beautifully designed property. The staff is notably friendly and thoughtfully responsive to even the smallest request.

Having lived at LOV for almost five months, I have found this complex to be welcoming, clean, and very well maintained. Despite its size, it is surprisingly quiet the majority of the time and it helps that the windows are top of the line providing an extra barrier from noise and weather (no drafts whatsoever!). The apartment is welcoming, with little to no noise to be heard from adjoining neighbors. The maintenance team, although rarely needed, has been kind and quick to respond. Overall, LOV does a stellar job making residents feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire property.

I was I couldn't talk to Donna & if I wanted to meet with her, it would be 2 to 3 weeks before she would have an appointment available. I am not computer Savvy and do not have a computer however, everything must go through the computer so I find it difficult to speak to anyone about maint. issues, etc. If my dad wasn't so sick & I wasn't old myself, we would have moved by now.
