Why Renters Love It Here
Love living here
I have lived here for 13 years and the experience has far outshone my previous rental experiences! The office staff is so very helpful and friendly. The maintenance crew is absolutely awesome and are always here when you need them from changing a overhead light bulb to changing filters in the AC or heating units. One time they knocked on my door saying that they heard a funny noise coming from my unit as they were walking by outside and wanted to check my AC/heat to make sure nothing was wrong. It was determined that something had come loose and they fixed it. So, like I said "they are wonderful".
Good
Good place to live. Love the lovation in Valpo
It's okay
It was put together poorly so everything is falling apart and maintenance will act very inconvenienced when they have to fix anything. I enjoy living here but it's not great.
Older buildings, but great value
Vale Park is a very reasonable apartment choice. Not the most up to date amenities, but fairly priced and decent low noise levels due to old construction concrete between apartments. Never an issue with parking, either.
A Nice Place to Live
We’ve lived here for a few years now. The apartment is nice. I notice there are a lot of noises here. Everything tends to echo louder than normal. The view is beautiful. I love to open the windows and let in the sounds from outside. I enjoy going for walks along the trails. I do like it here. I believe the rent is a little high. I’ve never paid as much for rent at any place before. Rent is high at most places and I noticed a jump in it here as well. That is disappointing. It would be nice if there was a path for the first floor apartments instead of having to walk in the grass. There was one where I used to live and it was quite convenient.
