Cats and dogs will be accepted in pet-friendly locations with an additional required deposit, additional one-time, non-refundable pet fee, and a monthly pet rent per animal (maximum of two pets per apartment). Because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accept the following breeds/mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shephard, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Mastiff and Wolf Hybrid. Our pet policy and fees do not apply for assistance or service animals. Fish tanks up to 20 gallons and caged birds will be accepted if registered and approved by the management. Violations of this policy will result in fines as outlined in the lease contract.

I can't say enough great things about my experience at Golfview Apartments in Valparaiso, Indiana – and honestly, a huge part of that is thanks to Mario! From the moment we walked in, Mario was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely excited to show us around. He took the time to give us a thorough, no-rush tour of the apartments, pointing out all the thoughtful updates in the newly renovated units, answering every single question we had (and we had a lot!), and even sharing some helpful tips about the area and living next to Forest Park Golf Course. What really stood out was how personable and kind he was – he treated us like friends rather than just potential renters. His positive energy, patience, and enthusiasm made the whole process fun and stress-free. It's rare to find someone in leasing who goes above and beyond like that, but Mario absolutely did. If you're looking at Golfview Apartments, do yourself a favor and ask for Mario – he's the real deal and makes the experience top-notch. Thanks to him, we're thrilled to call this place home! Highly recommend – 10/10 would tour with Mario again! 🚀🏡?

Lived at Golfview 14 years yes 14 years. Pet friendly building. The location is great park your car walk to the grocery store , walk to restaurants , shops , Young Circle Park where there are concerts and events movie nights.Maintenance on site for emergencies Area is safe. There is no guest parking so guests need to park on the street.

Moving in is never an easy task, but it makes such a difference when your greeted with kindness and helped right from the begging starting with Jhonelle in the office with her guidance on a few things to helping me in a pinch. Also appreciated the diligent maintenance crew who were super speedy to fix something I had noticed the day of moving in. Very pleasant staff with a clean safe environment. Thank you again !
