My Review
I like living here. But maintenance is really slacking. We had a light out in the stairwell for a long time. Should go around and check more.
Expensive for older apartments
Rent keeps getting higher even though last year we had no heat all winter and no ac most of summer but our rent still went up of course. We were told we would get a discount on our rent for that several times but never happened. Also limited parking and renters having friends over constantly taking up all the parking spaces when we live here is ridiculous. We SHOULD have assigned spaces.

ideal locale,- doctord, makets, etc close and easy to get to. in town, but quiet on the edge of town
Quiet friendly affordable
It’s a great place close to freeway staff are friendly and is very affordable
needs repairs
I love living here, I can here neighbors next door and the maintenance are slow about fixing things so I mark it down so it don't come back on me. I live upstairs and the steps need to be repairs, it's hard for eldery to climb the stairs.
