So Peaceful

We've been here about a month, and coming from busy downtown New Albany with limited parking, the peace is priceless! We love the enclosed patio that backs up to the pond with a fountain and ducks, to just sit out there and listen to the quiet and nature is worth the move. The apartment is spacious, has plenty of storage, and a nice layout with an open concept and vaulted ceilings. We have an assigned parking space that is covered, and our neighbors are very nice, and quiet. I almost NEVER hear anyone else in their apartment in the building. No Regrets!

Amazing place and area to be in.

Everything around is amazing and the people are friendly. The parking recently got redone and did a great job. No noise conplaints for me its usually pretty quiet. Great place to rent from if youre looking. They are super nice on the inside and have lots of space.
