The noise and disturbance at night is increasing every month. arguments and fights. Maintenace takes too long. took over a year to fix the lock on the front door of our building it was a joke to the tenants. its the details that need to be addressed.

Review

I have been here only a few months. It has been a great experience with staff however. I arrived with my apartment being unclean and outdated. The amount of rent I am paying I could be in Carmel paying lees in a new apartment.

Could be better

During the recent snow it took too long to clean the sidewalks. I completely understand the first day but to take three days to clean sidewalks is not acceptable I am over 60 years old and ended up falling down on all the ice and snow. A path from the front door to the parking lot should have been done for each apartment. If you cant shovel the walk at least supply each building a shovel so the occupants can do it themselves.
