This is a great community. Peaceful area.

Just don't like that trash is thrown everywhere outside my window and the piling up of trash by the garage dumpster. I have to see this when I open my blinds.

I have lived here 15 months. It was OK at first then I realized the water is very hard and causes a lot of moldy. black mess in the toliets, showers, and sinks. My bathrooms are not updated and they are subpar to say the least. They make my skin crawl unless I clean with bleach daily. It is close to my job so it worked well at first however as I started working from home more the Internet is the worst. I rarely work from home so am glad I am close even though it makes me forfeit my privilege to work from home. The price of the apartment is not worth it to me as I don't need as much space but needed to move right away and this was all offered. A smaller apartment was never offered when my lease expired. There is enough parking however there are several cars that have flat tires, or are crashed beyond, the point of being drivable however they have remained in the best parking places close to my door for over 5 months. Lastly, the trash is disgusting. It is overflowing constantly and when I left for work one early morning several pests were lurking around because of all the trash on the ground. It is a beautiful area but I will not live here next year. If I could have decided rather to leave for another job out of State, I would have already been gone minimally to another other apartments in better condition.

It an ok place to live rent is too high and the neighbors are great with help each other in my building.
