The Delaware

I love my stay at the Delaware so far, the maintenance is the fastest of all eight different apartments I've ever leased, the staffs are super supportive and the building is clean and the neighbors are nice. However, one thing about the parking garage which recently changed is the motion sensor lights, which made the lot look a lot darker. In terms of safety, I feel like it'll be nicer if we could make the lights stay on longer, or have more 'always on' lights across the garage. I've seen random vehicle-I've never seen before, enter the apartment garage following into the open gate after my car, which made me slightly worried about the garage staying dark. Other than that, I am enjoying my stay!! :)

I really love my place I gave parking a 1 because I believe it should be included in the rent . Or discounted in someway..I gave maintenance a 1 because I haven't had to encounter with them. As for noise ypu never hear I the building nice quiet clean. Management is really great

I just really love living here. Didnt know anything about Indy when i moved here. Feel lucky to have found this place.
