2205 N. Delaware Apartments

I've lived here for coming up on a year and recently renewed my lease. I adore my apartment unit and the downstairs gym. The location is great, 5 minute uber from downtown and I can still walk around at night by myself without feeling worried. Aside from poor maintenance, I have no real complaints!

Delaware apartments review

The staff (admin and maintenance) are very friendly and quick to respond. I have never had to wait more than 1-2 days for a maintenance issue and if it has been urgent they come day of. The parking is great, covered and keeps the car warm in the winter, easily accessible. The gym is awesome. The location is good - close to downtown but on the north side so closer to Broad Ripple and northern suburbs.
