It's a nice place but communication could be better. Windows are old and depending on unit they may or may not open. I thought maintenence didn't care, but I just believe they might be wore out from trying to keep an old building comfortable for residents. But the backdoor isn't properly fixed. It's supposed to be locked for everyone after 8pm for security reasons. But because the lock was half fixed all you need to do is just pull very hard....open sesame. Its been like that for over 7 weeks. If you have a car I would advise you to pay for parking in the garage. Street parking is almost impossible especially on game days. The valet trash is nice, the inside is kept clean, it has a monitored mail area, amazon has access also. workout room has a nice selection of equipment. Also there is free washing in the basement.... The only catch is out of 6 washers 3 currently are broken. Overall it's a nice place but I believe it suffers because there is no office here. So there is no one to see and deal with the simple but serious issues on the property. It's a difference when you don't have to see a resident everyday becauseyou'rein a remote office. Compared to having a office or staff there everyday so they can be held accountable for issues.

Great location for downtown living. Very beautiful apartments with hogh ceilings. Not bad rent prices for the location but all the extra cost alot for a little. Trash, parking, and service fees total 250+ a month, so except that on top of rent and utilities. Overall a nice place for the year i lived in Indiana, juat except to pay more than the upfront price per month.

There have been many problems with maintenance but usually these are taken care of quickly. There is often noise inside and outside the building. I no longer drive, but the garage was inadequate when I did. The best part is the proximity to entertainment and restaurants.
