Excellent apartment complex! Would recommend

My husband & I have lived at Castle Creek for just over a year & have loved our experience. I've enjoyed the small private patio/balcony that each unit has. We have just renewed our lease for then next year & a half. In some ways I wish we could live here long term, but the desire to grow our family and the fact that renting costs more than a mortgage are the two factors that would cause us to leave. A few details: The apartment was freshly painted & clean when we entered. You can tell that a few of the appliances are a little older than others but all in good condition. It looks like the fridge & dishwasher may have been replaced right before we moved in, so they are keeping an eye on things. The crown molding in the main living area makes me feel fancy. Maintenance has always been very responsive. We put in a maintenance request for an issue with our blinds this weekend, & maintenance was out before 10:30 on Monday. In less than 30 minutes, the gentleman had identified the problem, grabbed a new set from the workshop, and installed the replacement. Pretty impressive especially for such a low priority issue! The maintenance man was professional, & I felt very comfortable with him in our apartment even though I was alone. One thing that surprised me are the nice grilling areas my husband has taken advantage. Plus they have comfortable and attractive seating near by. The one small issue I have is that the floor above us is very squeaky in parts. We live on the ground floor, & I can hear every step above me in certain rooms. We haven't had any other significant issues with noise though! The one downside with the location that has been most noticeable for me is that the area is not very walkable. There are not many places to take an evening walk from the apartment complex. There are several nature areas quite close, but you do have to drive. The complex is on the busy Allisonville road, but the easy access to 465 has been tremendously helpful for my commute.

I could live here forever!

I have lived in Castle Creek Apartments since 2021 and this has been one of the best rental experiences of my entire life and I'll be 65 in a couple of months. I am in the housing industry so I have standards to judge by. The staff is so responsive and make you feel like you have their undivided attention. Maintenance is phenomenal and their response in the crazy sub-zero temperatures during a holiday was absolutely amazing. I wasn't expecting to be serviced because it was Christmas day and the temperatures were breaking records and when my heat went out, not only did they come that day but came back promptly with heaters for me to use while I waited for a part to come in. There has not been one thing that I have needed since I moved here that hasn't been supplied. I use them as examples when I discuss what property management means. I love how the buildings are constantly being kept up and the lawncare is beautifully done as well. I feel special being a resident there and would stay forever if this wasn't a temporary assignment. I love my home which is in another state, but I really love my home away from home at Castle Creek and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.
