Maintenance do a ok job . Its easy to submit a work order. They recently increased the renters Insurance. They gave you less then 2 weeks to increase to $500,000. Not easy finding an Insurance company to cover a large policy. Plus while looking for a Insurance company, i know i had at least 3 reminders .

Hampshire Court

I've lived at Hampshire Court since Jan 2023 and I've really enjoyed it. The maintenance guys are always so sweet, Beth the apartment manager is awesome. The only thing I wish they would do would be to update my amenities, which I've requested, but I understand things take awhile! Very happy with my stay here.

Great find

I moved from out of state and lived with a family til i could decide on an apartment. I found Hampshire Courts and am very happy here. I researched the reviews and talked with current residents. The reviews are right on. Its an okder cookoex but very nice. I feel safe. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue they are fixed within 24 hours.
