I think this year’s huge rent increase is not worth it. Not a bad place to stay. I never had any problems with my neighbors. I think for the rent increase, they should fo some updates in the apartment

Not a bad place to stay. Not crazy about being responsible to maintain the grass in the fenced in area. It only takes like 5 minutes for me to trim. If the apartment complex does it, i think its $100.00. Maintenance seem to struggle to fix some items. This is probably true at all apartments. Good area

Maintenance do a ok job . Its easy to submit a work order. They recently increased the renters Insurance. They gave you less then 2 weeks to increase to $500,000. Not easy finding an Insurance company to cover a large policy. Plus while looking for a Insurance company, i know i had at least 3 reminders .

I've lived at Hampshire Court since Jan 2023 and I've really enjoyed it. The maintenance guys are always so sweet, Beth the apartment manager is awesome. The only thing I wish they would do would be to update my amenities, which I've requested, but I understand things take awhile! Very happy with my stay here.
